The Flower Merchant can organise delivery of flowers to all suburbs of Melbourne, Country, Interstate and Overseas. Please view our delivery section or contact our shop and we would only be too happy to assist you. We are a member of Interflora, world wide flower delivery service.

Delivery Times
Monday-Friday 11am – 3pm & 3pm – 6.30pm
Saturday 11am – 6.30pm
We will try and deliver flowers as early as possible but we do not guarantee time deliveries and flowers will be delivered between the hours that are stated above.We do not deliver on Sundays except for of course Mothers Day or any other special event that may fall on that day, i.e. Valentine’s day. Etc.

Same Day Delivery
Your order must be placed before 10am on the desired day of delivery in order for the flowers to be sent on a standard delivery service. It is possible to offer same day delivery after 10am if the destination is within the Melbourne CBD or is in close proximity to our shop.

Delivery Notes
If flowers are being delivered to a funeral, we will make alternative arrangements with our courier to get them there on time but would appreciate 24 hours notice.

We do need a telephone number for all destinations, especially for security addresses where a driver cannot gain access to property/office.

Extra costs do apply if we are given the wrong address and flowers have to be redelivered to a new address or if our driver cannot gain access and the flowers are returned to the shop. We will endeavour to ring the destination to where the flowers are going and make alternative arrangements with recipient.
