Established in 1980, The Flower Merchant (formerly known as Country Bunches) is a well known flower shop in Melbourne. Inside our warm & friendly store we have highly artistic designers who endeavour to stay ahead of the field creating unusual and refreshing designs to tempt all. We pride ourselves on quality & service which has earned us the reputation we deserve. Located 10 minutes from Melbourne city we can service all your flower requirements . TRADING HOURS: MON-THURS 8AM-6PM FRIDAY- 8AM-7PM SAT-8AM-5.30PM SUN-9AM-5PM

Payment Options
We do accept the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. We do accept direct credit into our account, please ring the shop to organize this but flowers will not be delivered until payment is received. We will accept a postal cheque order but flowers will not be delivered until payment is received. Your payment process will be transferred via a secure method.

Guarantee
All flowers are guaranteed to be delivered in perfectly good condition. We do wet pack all our bouquets of flowers (ie water packed around stems at bottom) and/or the majority of our flowers are delivered in either ceramic containers vases or boxes which hold water. We pride ourselves with our quality of flowers.

The Flower Merchant guarantees  all flowers that are sent out from this shop are of the highest quality standard but if there are any queries we must be notified within 24 hours.

We will endeavour to supply similar flowers and colours to our product range but some flowers are seasonal and will have to be substituted with other beautiful blooms that are in season.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds and or returns can be organized by ringing our friendly staff at the shop

Corporate and Bulk Orders
We will only be too happy to accept large orders but we will need a few days notice so we can guarantee required flowers and colors. Please ring the shop to verify this and talk to our friendly staff.

The Flower Merchant is committed to the security of your credit card details. We have employed the latest technology to ensure that data traffic between your web browser and our web server is encrypted. Your credit card number is stored on our site in an encrypted format and is always transmitted in a secure fashion.

Here at the Flower Merchant we have built a website with security in mind. If there has been no activity for a specific time period the page will time out and all information is reset and so that one else can steal your information.
